Care Guide
Your Giza Mills polo is knit from long-staple Egyptian Giza cotton. Treat it like good knitwear, not a t-shirt, and it will only get softer with time.

Washing
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand-wash, with a mild detergent. Heat is what shrinks and warps cotton knit.
- Wash inside-out with similar colours. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
Drying
- Do not tumble dry and do not wring. Gently press out excess water.
- Reshape while damp and dry flat on a towel, out of direct sun — flat-drying is what keeps the shoulders and body in shape.
Ironing & storing
- If needed, cool-iron through a cloth, or hang briefly in a steamy bathroom to relax creases.
- Store folded, not hung — hanging stretches the shoulders over time.
Pilling
Light pilling is natural on cotton knit and not a fault. Loose surface fibres lift in the first wear or two, then the long Giza fibres settle. Lift any that remain with a soft comb or a fabric shaver.
The serial
Each polo comes with a numbered serial card in the box (format GM-NNNN). Keep it for your records and any future care request.
